Trained Today. Supported Always. Ready Tomorrow.
Permanent HGV placements across Kent and the South East. Ten years on the road, time spent running a depot, and no interest in sending anyone somewhere they will not stay.
For Drivers
We place drivers into permanent jobs with local hauliers. Not shifts, not chasing an agency on a Friday afternoon to find out why you have been paid short.
You will never be charged for us finding you work. Charging a driver a fee is against the law and we would not do it regardless.
Passed your test and every advert wants two years' experience? We work with employers who will take a first-jobber if someone has actually checked you out.
Drivers' hours, tacho rules, what a tramping week really looks like. You will not be sold a role by somebody who has never sat in the seat.
See something that fits? Put your details in below and say which one — we'll come back to you the same day.
Driver CPC — opening soon
Every course provider in Kent runs midweek, in the day, which costs a working driver a day's pay on top of the fee. We are setting ours up for evenings and weekends, delivered remotely, in 3.5-hour blocks you can fit round a shift.
Book a 3.5-hour module or a full seven-hour day when it suits you. Hours are uploaded to DVSA for you.
Your seven hours a year covered, your card and expiry dates tracked, and first pick of dates before they go public. Cancel any time on five working days' notice.
3.5-hour blocks, delivered remotely, so you are not giving up a shift to sit in a classroom in Ashford on a Tuesday.
Driver CPC now splits in two. National can be taken as 3.5-hour blocks on any days you like, which is what makes evenings possible. International must be seven hours, and if it is split the two halves have to be on consecutive days. A driver who takes all 35 hours as National cannot drive in Europe, and would have to do the full 35 again to get it back. Sat where we are, next to Dover, we will ask before you book — not after.
CPC periodic training keeps a qualification you already hold, for work you already do — so for most self-employed and owner-drivers it is an allowable business expense against your profits. That takes a meaningful chunk off what it really costs you. Your accountant will tell you exactly what it is worth at your rate.
Most drivers have no idea until the card is nearly out. Put your two numbers in and it will tell you what is left and whether you are behind.

For Employers
Permanent driver recruitment for hauliers across Kent and the South East. No retainers, nothing up front, and a full refund if they walk inside four weeks.
Licence and CPC checked, two written references taken, and copies of everything in your hands before you meet them.
Full refund inside four weeks, half up to eight, a quarter up to twelve. Written into the terms every time.
Every agency can forward a CV. We can tell you whether someone will still be there in six months, because we have worked alongside enough who were not.
No names and no CVs on a public page — that protects the drivers and it's how we keep good ones. Tell us what the work is and we'll put the right one in front of you.
Compliance
The reports are the easy part — anyone can sell you tacho analysis. What changes behaviour is someone ringing the lad who has picked up three infringements this month and explaining why it matters. That conversation lands differently coming from somebody who has done the job.
Driver cards and vehicle units analysed every month, with an infringement report in plain English and the repeat offenders flagged. Licences, CPC cards, medicals and calibration dates tracked so nothing expires quietly.
Repeat offenders get a call, driver to driver, not a letter from the office. Letters drafted for you to issue, debrief notes written up for the file.
We support whoever holds the transport manager role. Nothing goes out in your name, and responsibility stays where the law puts it.
Three levels, from 12 drivers up — see what it costs →
Ten questions, honestly answered, about how your own operation runs. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored — the score appears at the bottom of this page and goes no further.

It is not a transport manager service. We do not go on your operator's licence, we do not write to DVSA or anyone else on your behalf, and nothing leaves your business in your name — we produce it, you issue it. Thirty days' notice, no tie-in, cancel whenever you like.

Questions
No, and it never will. Charging a work-seeker a fee for finding them work is against the law in this country, and we would not do it anyway. The employer pays us when you start.
CPC training is a separate thing you choose to buy or not, and it has no bearing on whether we put you forward for a job.
No. We place drivers into permanent jobs. We do not do day-to-day agency cover, we do not supply someone for a Tuesday, and we do not run a rota.
If you need cover tomorrow morning, we are the wrong people — say so and we will tell you who is not.
Full refund if they do not complete their first week. A third back if they leave inside eight weeks. Nothing after that.
It is written into the terms every time, not offered as a favour when something goes wrong.
No. We do not hold a Transport Manager CPC and we will not go on your operator's licence.
The compliance membership supports whoever does hold that role — the analysis, the reporting, the driver-facing conversations. Responsibility for the licence stays where it legally has to, with you.
National can be taken in 3.5-hour blocks on any days, which is what makes evening courses possible. International has to be seven hours, and if it is split the two halves must fall on consecutive days.
The catch: a driver whose whole 35 hours are National cannot drive in Europe, and would have to do all 35 again to get that back. If there is any chance you will cross the Channel, do the International format.
It depends entirely on what the job is and what it pays. A well-paid Class 1 day job in Medway is a different proposition from nights on a difficult multi-drop.
We will tell you honestly on the first call whether we think we can fill it, and we would rather say no than take your time and come back empty-handed in a month.
Kent and the South East, with most of our work around Sheppey, Sittingbourne, the Medway towns, Maidstone and Aylesford. CPC training, once approved, will be delivered remotely, so location matters far less for that.
Why Driver Setup
Most driver agencies are staffed by recruiters who have never held a licence. That is the difference, and it shows up in who stays.
Class 1, tramping, trunking, multi-drop. The work being recruited for is work that has actually been done.
Time spent on the other side of it — covering a Monday with nobody available, and dealing with the fallout of a bad hire.
Drivers' hours, tachograph rules, CPC and licence checking handled properly, because getting it wrong lands on your O-licence and not ours.
